Patrick Keeley

President & Chief Executive Officer

Patrick brings over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, managing high-net-worth businesses and client portfolios. He began his career as an Investment Advisor at Nesbitt Burns in 1993 and quickly became a top producer, earning membership in the President’s and Chairman’s Council. Patrick served as National Sales Manager at Charles Schwab Canada, President of BMO’s full-service brokerage firm in Chicago, and Head of U.S. Sales for BMO’s Private Client Group. In 2005, he was appointed President of RBC Private Counsel and later became Co-President of RBC Phillips Hager & North Investment Counsel. He then served as Managing Director of Gluskin Sheff before joining Inukshuk Capital Management as President.

In August 2024, Patrick acquired Seven Hills Capital, a values-based HNW boutique.

Patrick’s achievements include being named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2006 and one of Bishop’s University’s Top 10 After 10 in 2009. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and serves as the Chairman of Polar Bears International. Patrick has extensive volunteer experience, including serving on the advisory board of Simon Fraser University’s Global Asset Management MBA Program, as a board member of Canadian Stage, and on the development committee of Princess Margaret Hospital. He has been a top fundraiser for cancer research, twice earning the title of top fundraiser for Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer, and has been a top 10 fundraiser on multiple occasions for the Walk to Conquer Cancer.

Patrick is a licensed Portfolio Manager and lifelong stock investor, holding a BA in Psychology and Economics. As a grateful cancer survivor, he has a deep passion for supporting cancer research and volunteers extensively at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in nature, working out at the gym, fishing, and going on long hikes with his wife, Victoria, and their dog, Gordie. Patrick is the proud father of Annie and Parker .

Lorrie Denysek

Chief Operating Officer & Director Client Experience

Lorrie brings over 30 years of experience as a financial services and wealth management professional. She is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and providing exceptional client experiences for high-net-worth individuals.

Lorrie began her career at Scotiabank as a senior personal lending officer before moving to RBC, where she excelled in a senior account management position, leading a sales team that offered personalized service to a VIP banking portfolio. Throughout her tenure at RBC, she took on increasingly senior roles, including financial planning, training, project management, and sales effectiveness. As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at RBC PH&N Investment Counsel, Lorrie played a key role on the firm’s senior management team and Operating Committee. She chaired the Support Team Advisory Board and contributed to the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Before joining Seven Hills as Chief Operating Officer, Lorrie served as Director of Client Experience at Inukshuk Capital Management. A passionate advocate for women in the workplace, she was a member of the steering committee for RBC’s Women in Wealth Management, leveraging her influence to promote inclusivity and gender equity in the industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lorrie volunteers with Parkinson’s Canada, a cause close to her heart, reflecting her commitment to community service and making a positive impact. An avid traveler, she embraces annual adventures to fulfill her bucket list.

Gail Mifsud

Portfolio Manager, Founder Seven Hills Capital Corp.

Gail is the founder of Seven Hills, and spent the past decade focusing on investing on behalf of family and friends. Prior to establishing the firm, she served as President, First Medical Realty, Inc, a wholly owned entity of First Capital Realty, Inc. (TSX:FCR). In 2010, Gail was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Gazit America Inc, a former TSX-listed company until its privatization.  She also served as a director of Gazi America, a company with more than $500 million of direct real estate and securities investment.  Gail earned an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a designated Certified Investment Manager. 

Connor Schlichting

Associate Portfolio Manager

Connor is a skilled portfolio and security analyst with a strong foundation in economics, finance, and computer science. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), majoring in Economics with a minor in Computer Science. Complementing his academic achievements, Connor has successfully completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, underscoring his dedication to the financial industry and commitment to continuous professional development.

Prior to his university education, Connor spent five years playing in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for the Sarnia Sting. This experience honed his resilience, leadership, and teamwork skills, which he seamlessly integrates into his professional career. Drawing on his unique background, Connor is passionate about empowering athletes to achieve financial literacy, secure their long-term financial futures, and navigate the transition to life after sports. His firsthand experience in athletics combined with his financial expertise uniquely positions him to guide athletes in defining and pursuing their next chapter, ensuring sustained success beyond their athletic careers.

In his professional journey, Connor has leveraged his quantitative and programming skills to make significant contributions in areas such as risk management, portfolio optimization, and the development of systematic trading strategies. Proficient in Python and other programming languages, he applies advanced analytical techniques to solve complex financial problems and enhance operational efficiency. His ability to integrate technology with finance allows him to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Connor is dedicated to health and wellness, believing that a strong body and mind are essential for peak performance in all facets of life. His commitment to a healthy lifestyle fuels his professional drive and underpins his approach to achieving excellence. Victoria Bannister

Health Ambassador

Victoria has been a wellness professional and lifestyle coach for 25 years. She has worked with individuals and groups ranging from beginners to competitive athletes. She designs nutrition and exercise plans, combining her many years of experience with a deep level of knowledge and training. She is passionate about helping others and lives a healthy, balanced life of indoor and outdoor activities. She makes fitness approachable and loves to help her clients reach their full potential.

Strategic Advisors

Caroline Dabu

With over 25 years of experience in Wealth Management, Caroline specializes in driving transformational business strategies focused on improving and strengthening the quality of financial and wealth advice for individuals and families.

She has led teams in both Canada and the U.S. and established BMO Financial Group’s Wealth Advisory Services team to provide the full range of HNW Planning Services including advanced financial planning, tax, estate and insurance advisory services to successful families and individuals in Canada. Caroline has also held senior roles in Wealth Management spanning distribution and spent over a decade leading the Marketing & Client Strategy teams for the BMO’s Private Client Group.

Her decades in wealth management are also matched by an equally long commitment to being an endurance athlete and she is equally passionate that investing in health and financial wealth go hand in hand.

Caroline is also an experienced board member having chaired both non-profit and for-profit boards including Women in Capital Markets, BMO Trust Company and BMO Estate and Insurance Services Inc. She has served on the board of the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada (now FP Canada) and currently serves on the global board of Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd., based in Denver and the Canadian Centre for Financial Planning, an organization focused on improving access to financial planning advice. Caroline also has the ESG designation (GCB.D) focused on board governance and oversight around sustainability.

Caroline is a certified Family Enterprise Advisor and earned her Bachelor of Journalism, Honours from Carleton University in Ottawa. She is based in Toronto with her family.

Allan Ritchie

Allan Ritchie is the Managing Partner of Loopstra Nixon LLP. He oversees a broad business law practice covering all aspects of corporate law, taxation, mergers & acquisitions, finance, real estate, as well as wealth management and succession planning.

He is well versed in all aspects of corporate law, complex tax-driven reorganizations and succession planning, public and private market mergers and acquisitions as well as all aspect of real property acquisition and finance and commercial lending. He is actively engaged overseeing complex commercial disputes and facilitating out of court resolution. He is supported by a multi-faceted team of skilled lawyers, law clerks and professionals who work tirelessly to deliver results for clients.

A trusted advisor to many of Canada’s most successful multi-generational entrepreneurial families as well as general corporate counsel to some of Canada’s largest privately held businesses, Allan is sought after by financial institutions to lead their cross-border initiatives and is a go-to counsel for international private capital players making acquisitions in the US and Canada.

Allan serves on the boards of directors of several private and not-for-profit organizations and is a frequent speaker on matters of law firm management, strategy and talent development.

Allan has received numerous accolades for his work in both Canada and the U.S. Most recently, he was recognized as Managing Partner of the Year at the 2024 Canadian Law Awards and was listed as one of Canada’s 25 Most Influential Lawyers.

In 2020, he was awarded the Ontario Bar Association’s Lauren Rachlin Award for Excellence in International Business Law as well as being named to the Buffalo Law Journal’s ‘Legal Elite’ list of the most influential lawyers in Western New York. He has been frequently listed among Lexpert Magazine’s leading Corporate & Finance Lawyers in Canada and in 2020 was named to Canada’s Legal Top 40 Under 40. In 2022 Allan was awarded the Ted Rogers School of Management Trailblazer Award for lifetime achievement in Canadian Business.

Allan holds degrees from Queen’s University (BA), Toronto Metropolitan University (MBA), University of Toronto (JD), Osgoode Hall (LLM Tax), Oxford University (MSc Tax), and Harvard Business School (GMP).
